The CO. Ranch House is a western inspired restaurant and bar in downtown Glenwood Springs, CO that focuses on serving delicious, locally sourced food and beverages. Their company culture revolves around a family style atmosphere and pastoral, “down home” menu items including their proprietary Bloody Mary mix. Everything about this place is deeply rooted in the community, from the rustic mountain town décor to their friendly, personable service that makes you feel like family.

We captured the down-home vibe of CO. Ranch House in this website design by using treated photos, giving a nod to the rustic appeal of the Rocky Mountains and Roaring Fork Valley. The home page includes content that covers their breadth of offerings and shows their family- and community-centric culture alongside a straightforward navigation. The cropped products and western inspired design style were applied to print collateral like out of home signage, the menu and their product packaging.
Ranch House operates out of the building that once housed Peppo Nino Italian Restaurant, which was a locally loved spot that opened in the 60s. When it came time to update the outdoor sign for CO Ranch House, it was important to them and their community that a small part of Peppo Nino’s remained as a nod to the rich history of Glenwood Springs. We paid tribute to this iconic Glenwood Springs spot by keeping their signature chef character while remaining consistent to CO. Ranch House’s western branding with a wood background.
